That no project is ever the same. The problem is different, involves different people, reveals different constraints and requires a different solution. It keeps you on your toes!

Have to agree with Emma, the variety is great for keeping you interested and interested.

Theres also the sense of achievement when something works out or a project that you had a big part in is successful.

Working with people, in a team, solving difficult problems that will result in a finished product (in my case a car) rolling off the production line in a few years. Also to mirror what the others have said no two days are ever the same!

Problem solving, investigating issues, working with different people as part of a team.

I work in F1, so also great to see the final result of everyone’s hard work competing every other weekend!

You get to play with cool stuff! On Thursday I’m off to do some testing in an anechoic chamber, they deaden all reflected noise. I’ve never been in one yet and they’re supposed to be very surreal.I love getting to test ride new bikes, and getting to prod around supplier factories, and just indulge my curiosity.

Getting to work on real life problems. Getting to work on things that loads of people will use or be affected by. Helping to make the world a better place.
