It depends on a few factors such as the power source, the size of the battery and the amount of charge required.

There are rapid chargers available at places like services on the motorway and I think they take about half an hour to charge a battery to about 80%.

I think it’s generally nearer to 12 hours to charge from normal mains at home, but there are charging units that make it quicker.
